I think this is an excellent clip. In my experience, yes conflict is inevitable in many areas of life, personal and work. It’s how we deal with it that counts. this reinds me of time spent in younger days in a Winsconsin kids summer camp, USA. Many young people from different countries and with varying personalities were thrown together to give kids a good summertime, and boy was it a cheallenge at times.
