There is some great music being made in Scotland- no surprise there, but there was some great stuff I had not heard of in the shortlist for the Scottish Album of the Year.

I particularly liked Admiral Fallow;

…and RM Hubbert

There are also some old favourites- Karine Polwart, and Lau for instance.
